Started by Roshan Diwan when he immigrated to Delhi from Pakistan during Partition, Roshan Di Kulfi is today a well-known landmark in Delhi's Karol Bagh.

This place is best known for its very tasty "kulfi Faluda" and "Chole Bhature" both item made with desi ghee. This place has its own value in Karol bagh other than the famous Ghaffar market.

 Roshan Di Kulfi is one of the most famous food shops of New Delhi. This one is also among the oldest shops of the Karol Bagh Market.
